The Adjutant General of Hawaii, Maj. Gen. Arthur "Joe" Logan, relinquishes responsibility to former Deputy Adjutant General, Maj. Gen. Kenneth S. Hara during a transfer of authority ceremony as Soldiers, Airmen, distinguished guest, family and friends gather at Washington Place, Hawaii, Dec. 6, 2019. After five years of leadership as the Adjutant General, Logan will be retiring from the Hawaii Army National Guard next month with over forty years of dedicated service.
