The Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve Command, ARC, Weapons and Tactics Council, WEPTAC, is the forum that obtains input from the field and is instrumental in determining the tactics, procedures and tools required to accomplish varied ARC missions and disseminate information throughout the Air Force enterprise.
