Chief Warrant Officer 3 Sara Smith, Mississippi Army National Guard Systems Integration Branch (SIB) Chief and her team worked diligently during the MSARNGs migration from the Standard Installation and Division Personnel Reporting System (SIDPERS) to the Integrated Personnel and Pay System - Army to achieve a blank Force Management Identification (FMID) report before Mississippi reached their cutover date. Smith and her team achieved their goal. The accurate FMID report ensured that Soldiers continued to receive pay during the transition.
