U.S. Air Force Senior Master Sgt. Benjamin Garrido, of the 81st Expeditionary Rescue Squadron, assists U.S. Air Force Maj. Chris Blackwell, country planner, of Dayton, Ohio, place a double strand of concertina wire on the perimeter wall at Paul Faure Tuberculosis Hospital here May 26. The project was completed by members of the Community Assistance Volunteers group, an organization of U.S. service members assigned to Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, and the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa. These volunteers donate their time to help the local community with various projects to build confidence and trust with U.S. partner nations in East Africa.
