U.S. Army Staff Sgt. Jerry Wilkins of Pullman, Wash., 448th Civil Affairs Battalion civil information management non-commissioned officer-in-charge, stands on a ladder while constructing a sun shade at Paul Faure Tuberculosis Hospital here May 19. The project was completed by members of the Community Assistance Volunteers group, an organization of U.S. service members assigned to Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, and the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa.
