U.S. Air Force Staff Sgt. Chris LeBlanc, SharePoint administrator, works with Daniel Girma, a local technician, to construct a sun shade at Paul Faure Tuberculosis Hospital here May 19. The project was completed by members of the Community Assistance Volunteers group, an organization of U.S. service members assigned to Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, and the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa.
