Volunteers hold onto a tent frame while trying to insert retaining pins for the sun shade project at Paul Faure Tuberculosis Hospital here May 19. The project was completed by members of the Community Assistance Volunteers group, an organization of U.S. service members assigned to Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, and the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa. These volunteers donate their time to assist the local community with various projects to build confidence and trust with U.S. partner nations in East Africa.
