Laura Cawley (both right), all members of the 81st Expeditionary Rescue Squadron, an Air Force Reserve unit based out of Patrick Air Force Base, Fla., pose for a group photo with Mohamed Osman, assistant director of the Paul Faure Tuberculosis Hospital, and Jama, a translator with the 4902 Civil Affairs Team, after finishing tent assembly as part of the sun shade project at the hospital here May 19. The project was completed by members of the Community Assistance Volunteers group, an organization of U.S. service members assigned to Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, and the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa. These volunteers donate their time to assist the local community with various projects to build confidence and trust with U.S. partner nations in East Africa.
