The project was completed by members of the Community Assistance Volunteers group, an organization of U.S. service members assigned to Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, and the Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa. These volunteers donate their time to assist the local community with various projects to build confidence and trust with U.S. partner nations in East Africa.
