120925-N-AS200-0928 HELMAND PROVINCE, Afghanistan (Sept., 25, 2012) – Seabees assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 133, Task Force Anchor, convoys in a Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) Cougar H, in the Helmand Province, Sept., 25 2012. Homeported in Gulfport, Ms., NMCB-133, is deployed to Afghanistan to support Task Force Empire, conducting general, mobility, survivability engineering operations, defensive operations, Afghan National Army partnering and detachment of units in combined/joint operations area - Afghanistan in order to enable the neutralization of the insurgency and support improved governance and stability.
