Hennepin County Sheriffs Deputy, Sgt. Rick O'Mara rearranges a American Flag that has become tangled in the wind. The flag has been flying over the I-35 bridge collapse site over the Mississippi river for 13 days following the collapse. U.S. Navy Mobile Diving and Salvage Unit (MDSU) 2 continue to assist other federal, state, and local authorities in the recovery efforts at the site.
