Members of the 167th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron pose for a photo with Maj. Gen. Mario E. Risco, Defense and Military Attaché to the Embassy of Peru in Washington, D.C., during a State Partnership Program (SPP) visit to the 130th Airlift Wing in Charleston, W.Va. Risco toured WVNG facilities and spent time meeting senior leaders while participating in detailed discussions on topics such as Emergency Operations Center functions and protocols, aviation medicine and aeromedical evacuations, Non-Commissioned Officer Professional Development (NCOPD), and the WVNG’s Army Interagency Training and Education Center (AITEC).
