Fort McCoy community members participate in a non-appropriated fund sale Nov. 13, 2019, at Fort McCoy, Wis. The sale, coordinated by the Directorate of Family and Morale, Welfare and Recreation (DFMWR) and originally planned for Nov. 6, allowed DFMWR to sell off unused or dated items that were on inventory to the general public.
