PHILIPPINE SEA (Nov. 15, 2019) Sailors standby to signal to the Lewis and Clark dry cargo ship USNS Washington Chambers (T-AKE 11) during a replenishment-at-sea aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS McCampbell (DDG 85). McCampbell is participating in ANNUALEX 19, a bilateral exercise which further develops coordination and interoperability of the premier alliance between the U.S. Navy and Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force.
