A U.S. Air Force A-10 Thunderbolt II assigned the 354th Expeditionary Fighter Squadron, releases flares over Afghanistan, Nov. 12, 2019. While assigned to the 451st Air Expeditionary Group at Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan, the A-10s will help provide decisive airpower through the U.S. Central Command area of responsibility.
