The 3d U.S. Infantry Regiment (The Old Guard) Caisson Platoon ; members of “The President’s Own” Marine Band; and Marines from the Marine Barracks, Washington, D.C. (8th and I) conduct military funeral honors with funeral escort for U.S. Marine Corps Col. Werner Frederick Rebstock in Section 12 of Arlington National Cemetery, Arlington, Virginia, Nov. 13, 2019.
A colonel with more than 30 years of active duty service, including campaigns in Vietnam, Rebstock's decorations include the Air Medal with 12 stars.
His wife, Margaret M. Rebstock, received the flag from his casket.
