The Commanding General of the 13th Expeditionary Sustainment Command’s, Brig. Gen. Darren L. Werner, ties a red ribbon on his jeep antenna Nov. 7. As part of the Tie One On for Safety Campaign pledge, the red ribbon symbolizes the blood of the victims who lost their lives during alcohol related traffic incidents, and exemplifies the 13th ESC’s and Ft. Hood’s commitment to preventing drinking and driving occurrences.
