Hood ASAP’s Timothy Block and Ronald Smiley, during the signing of the Tie One On for Safety Campaign pledge Nov. 7. The Tie-One-On for Safety campaign runs from Nov. 1 through Jan. 1, and allows Ft. Hood Soldiers, leaders and community members to pledge to end alcohol-related fatalities in Central Texas.
