Colin Stewart, the readiness noncommissioned officer for Alpha Company 1st Battalion 69th Infantry, New York Army National Guard, present a memorial wreath at the 42nd Infantry "Rainbow" Division World War I memorial in Gaqrden City, New York on Nov. 9, 2019. The Rainbow Division Veterans Foundation provides wreaths to be laid at locations of historical significance to the 42nd Infantry Division on veterans day. Other locations honored are at Fort Drum and Fort Dix, the United States Military Academy, Georgia and Alabama.
