Nicaraguans wait to collect food and water supplies delivered by Sailors from the multi-purpose amphibious assault ship USS Wasp (LHD 1) to Puerto Cabezas, Nicaragua, Sept. 7. U.S. Southern Command diverted Wasp from an international maritime exercise in Panama to the coast of Nicaragua Sept. 5 to assist with disaster relief efforts in areas affected by Hurricane Felix.
