U.S. Navy aircrewmen attached to USS Wasp (LHD 1) carry an injured Nicaraguan woman to a helicopter for a medical evacuation in Puerto Cabezas, Nicaragua, Sept. 7. U.S. Southern Command diverted Wasp from an international maritime exercise in Panama to the coast of Nicaragua Sept. 5 to assist with disaster relief efforts in areas affected by Hurricane Felix.
