This wall at the GE Healthcare Institute pays tribute to mobilized and deployed GE HCI service member employees. GE HCI is host to an Army Reserve training with industry program that allows Army Reserve Biomed Techs to enhance their skills in installing and maintaining medical equipment vital to military medical care givers. GE HCI emphasizes the important contributions that veterans and current reserve component service members make to the GE work force, where nearly 40 percent of employees are veterans or current service members. Supportive employers are considered a force multiplier for the Army Reserve and other reserve components of our military branches. Companies that support their deployed employees facilitate stability on the home front, and contribute to successful mobilized and deployed missions, whether in the US or overseas.
