    Army Reserve Biomedical Equipment Specialists, Spc. Zhengyuan (Sebastian) Cao (front), and Spc. Edwin N. Garcia conduct analysis of diagnostic equipment at the GE Healthcare Institute in Waukesha, Wis., on October 23, 2019. The two are part of a US Army Reserve and GE Healthcare Externship program cohort currently in the first phase of intensive ten month regiment. The program is designed to enhance the range of medical equipment they can install, maintain and trouble shoot. The equipment is used in Army medical centers and medical sites in the field.
