U.S Coast Guard Lt. John Manganiello, commanding officer of the United States Coast Guard Cutter Kathleen Moore (WPC 109), monitors the seas as the ship provides security for the hospital ship USNS Comfort (T-AH 20), in the waters Port-Au-Prince, Haiti, Nov. 8, 2019. Comfort is working with health and government partners in Central America, South America, and the Caribbean to provide care on the ship and at a temporary medical treatment site, helping to relieve pressure on national medical systems, including those strained by an increase in cross-border migrants.
