Recently the American Red Cross station on Mihail Kogalniceanu Air Base, Romania presented Sgt. Julio Chamberlain with the volunteer of the quarter for the deployed sites region. Chamberlain is an 88M, Heavy vehicle Operator and is attached to the 286th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion. He was chosen for the award because of his dedication to the Red Cross core values of being compassionate, collaborative, creative, credible and committed. He currently has served more than 70 hours with the Red Cross on MKAB.
