191107-N-DX072-1014 SASEBO, Japan (Nov. 7, 2019) Sailors assigned to the amphibious transport dock ship USS Green Bay (LPD 20) approach Landing Craft, Utility (LCU) 1633 in a rigid-hull inflatable boat (RHIB) during visit, board, search and seizure (VBSS) drills. Green Bay, part of the Commander, Amphibious Squadron 11, is operating in the Indo-Pacific region to enhance interoperability with partners and serve as a ready-response force for any type of contingency.
