U.S. Marine Corps Cpl. Ganck Alex an airborne a reconnaissance Marine with Alpha Company, 2nd Reconnaissance Battalion, 2nd Marine Division (2d MARDIV), jumps from the back of a U.S. Army C-23B Sherpa airplane during an air-resupply training event at Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center, Twentynine Palms, California, Nov. 7, 2019. The Recon Marines dropped supplies and jumped from the aircraft at high altitude to simulate an air-insert.
