Soldiers of the 3rd Medical Command (Deployment Support) pose in front of two medically equipped Humvees for a quick unit photo. The small medical detachment provides command and control for medical assets within the US Army Central Command area of responsibility. The Unit is composed of field medics, behavioral health consultants, pharmacy consultants, medical operations and logistics personnel, as well as other medical professionals.
