NAVAL BASE SAN DIEGO (Nov. 6, 2019) – Newly hired Department of the Navy (DON), employees take a tour of the Arleigh Burke-class destroyer USS Pinckney (DDG 91), as a part of the Navy Civilian Acculturation Program (NCAP).
