NORFOLK (Nov. 5, 2019) Lt. Gen. Yasushi Kiyota, Commandant, Japan Self Defense Force Joint Staff College, left, is briefed on Ford's anchoring systems in the ship's focastle by Boatswain's Mate 1st Class Alexa Macri, from Hunnington, West Virginia, assigned to USS Gerald R.
