NORFOLK (Oct. 31, 2019) Aviation Boatswain's Mate (Handling) 3rd Class Jeremy Manarang, from Las Vegas, assigned to USS Gerald R. Ford's (CVN 78) air department, receives his frocking letter from Cmdr. Mehdi Akacem, Ford's air boss, during an awards at quarters on the ship's flight deck.
