SOUTH CHINA SEA (Oct. 27, 2019) Lt. Cmdr. Christopher Bland, Executive Officer of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS McCampbell (DDG 85), speaks with Sailors, during a zone inspection, on the mess decks of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer.
