A U.S. Army Soldier with 82nd Airborne Division uses a chest seal to treat self-injury of a gunshot wound scenario during a tactical medical practitioner (TMP) course Oct. 29, 2019, on Fort Bragg, N.C. The TMP is an 84 hours course that taught combat medical specialists a standard mix of solid base medical training focused on patients' assessment and basic skills.
