Soldiers with 82nd Combat Aviation Brigade, 82nd Airborne Division, apply a junction emergency tool to restrict blood flow to lower extremities during a tactical medical practitioner (TMP) course (TMP) Oct. 29, 2019, on Fort Bragg, N.C.
