U.S. Army Soldiers from 82nd Combat Aviation Brigade, 82nd Airborne Division, apply a junction emergency tool to restrict blood flow to lower extremities during a tactical medical practitioner (TMP) course Oct. 29, 2019, on Fort Bragg, N.C. The TMP is an 84 hours course that taught combat medical specialists a standard mix of solid base medical training focused on patients' assessment and basic skills.
