Eddie Guevara, International Martial Arts Self Defense Class Sensei (instructor), and Anthony Riggens, a marketing accountant for the Morale, Welfare, and Recreational Services, demonstrate proper techniques on self defense, during a martial arts class held on Katterbach Kaserne, Ansbach, Germany, Oct. 30, 2019. Guevara has been instructing martial arts classes for over 45 years, and believes this program is a good opportunity for Soldiers to learn how to defend themselves, while also creating lasting friendships.
