Retired Chief of Naval Operations John M. Richardson gives a speech during Vice Adm. Forest Faison’s retirement Oct. 25. Faison served four of his 39 years of service as the 38th Surgeon General of the Navy and the 42nd Chief of the Bureau of Medicine and Surgery.
