Four CrossFit competitors visited 3-2 GSAB and 602nd ASB as part of their life fit tour at Camp Humphreys on 17 Oct. The team evaluated 602nd Soldiers as they conducted ACFT transition training, which will prepare the troops for the the implementation of the new army standardize fitness test. Then they were taken on a tour of 3-2 GSAB and their aircraft. The LifeFit tour is an Armed Forces Entertainment program, consisting of four globally recognized CrossFit athletes; Pat Burke, Jackie Perez, Kristin Reffett, and Ben Stoneberg.
