Capt. Randy Van Rossum, Cmdr. Paul Lorio, and Cmdr. Neil Gabriel are introduced by the ship's Executive Officer, Cmdr. Jermaine Brooms at USS Dewey's (DDG 105) change of command ceremony. During the ceremony, Gabriel relieved Lorio as the ship's commanding officer.
