A USS Dewey (DDG 105) Sailor renders honors during the National Anthem played at at USS Dewey's (DDG 105) change of command ceremony. During the ceremony, Cmdr. Neil Gabriel relieved Cmdr. Paul Lorio as the ship's commanding officer.
