Yonkers, together with Katherine Hammack, assistant secretary of the Army for installations, energy and environment, came to Joint Base San Antonio May 21-22 to examine and discuss energy-saving construction initiatives for their respective services and tour facilities on Fort Sam Houston and Camp Bullis.
