A Soldier assigned to 1st Armored Brigade Combat Team, 1st Armored Division keeps a watchful eye on potential targets during a demonstration of infantry tactics to an audience of El Paso area high schools’ Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps members as well as the University of Texas at El Paso and New Mexico State University’s Reserve Officer Training Corps during a branch day event hosted by 1ABCT, October 26, at Fort Bliss, Texas. Cadets and future Soldiers were given the opportunity to learn about various Army branches and occupations during branch day, observing equipment and demonstrations which showcased skills necessary to the Army’s continued commitment to readiness and lethality.
