SOUTH CHINA SEA (Oct. 25, 2019) Chief Logistics Specialist Edwin Caceres, from Tarrytown, N.Y., instructs Sailors on key types of chemical warfare as part of Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear, and Explosive materials (CBRN-E) training on the mess decks of the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS McCampbell (DDG 85). McCampbell is underway conducting operations in the Indo-Pacific region while assigned to Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy’s largest forward-deployed DESRON and the U.S. 7th Fleet’s principal surface force.
