Nearly 150 future sergeants graduated the 3rd Infantry Division Noncommssioned Officer Academy Basic Leader Course, in a ceremony, October 25, at Cottrell Field. The Basic Leadership Course prepares prospective and newly promoted sergeants to perform the duties and execute the responsibilities of junior NCOs.
