    EAST CHINA SEA (Oct. 22, 2019) Hospitalman Andrew Bascom, from San Jose, Calif., is transferred to the fleet replenishment oiler USNS Pecos (T-AO-197) via boatswain’s chair from the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Milius (DDG 69) during a replenishment-at-sea. Milius is underway conducting operations in the Indo-Pacific region while assigned to Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy’s largest forward-deployed DESRON and the U.S. 7th Fleet’s principal surface force.
