Members of the U.S. Army Adler Observer Coach/Trainer team and members of the German 3rd Medical Regiment receive a capabilities brief at Rommel Kaserne, Dornstadt, Germany Oct.18, 2019. The purpose of the capabilities brief is to give insight on how to improve interoperability and synchronize medical effectiveness.
