CAMP LEMONNIER, Djibouti - Lt. Tiffany Tam, Camp Lemonnier's flight surgeon, participates in the Strong Person Challenge as part of the month-long Captain's Cup competition on base, Oct. 19, 2019. This year’s competition features 13 teams and is represented by U.S. military personnel deployed to Camp Lemonnier, civilians and partner nations. Camp Lemonnier is an operational installation that enables U.S., allied and partner nation forces to be where and when they are needed to ensure security in Europe, Africa, and Southwest Asia.
