Dhillon, a human resources noncommissioned officer assigned to the 82nd Airborne Division Artillery, leads competitors in Physical Readiness Training drills during the Best of the Best Competition on Fort Bragg, North Carolina, Oct. 21, 2019. The DIVARTY held the Best of the Best Competition to distinguish the best section and team in the Division, instill esprit de corps across the fires enterprise, and reward Paratroopers who achieved the highest standards.
