Djiboutian navy Lt. Gouled Osman Moussa, communications officer, and U.S. Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Johnny Anderson, forecast duty officer with Combined Joint Task Force – Horn of Africa’s meteorology and oceanography operations team, test newly-installed weather sensor equipment at the Djiboutian Maritime Operations Center here May 17. The new weather sensor will provide accurate information on the environment to ships in the area.
