U.S. Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Amy Sexton, leading petty officer of Combined Joint Task Force - Horn of Africa meteorology and oceanography team, works with Djiboutian naval officers to install a weather sensor at the Djiboutian Maritime Operations Center here May 17. Part of the mission for CJTF-HOA meteorology and oceanography operations branch is to install weather sensors around East Africa, which in turn helps create new relationships with countries in the region.
