General Joseph L. Votel, commander of U.S. Central Command, presents his challenge coin to New York Army National Guard Sgt. Jhon Ortiz, at the Baghdad Diplomatic Support Center in October 2018. Ortiz developed a logistics tracking system to support the relocation of the Basra Consulate 114 vehicles, personnel and 662,333 pounds of materials from Basra to Baghdad.
